Supporting personal growth at every stage

GLL delivers comprehensive educational and creative programmes that enrich communities and support personal development. From managing children’s centres and delivering performing arts to fostering business start-ups, we create opportunities that inspire learning, creativity, and skills development across all age groups.

Our impact is evident in our reach. We partner with over 1,600 schools to deliver valuable learning opportunities, including library programmes and essential life skills through school swimming lessons. Beyond education, thousands engage annually at flagship cultural venues like The Sands Centre in Carlisle and The Hub in Sleaford, attending everything from theatre productions to artist exhibitions.

We provide targeted support for young parents through children’s centres. Our performing arts programmes offer creative outlets and skills development for the wider community, creating lifelong engagement with the arts. Furthermore, our Business Start-Up programme demonstrates our commitment to practical skills development, providing mentoring and resources for local entrepreneurs.

We integrate our services and support to make them vital resources for everyone. By partnering closely with schools and community groups, we deliver learning that complements education and expands understanding within our communities. This empowers students through curriculum support and enriches our cultural hubs with spaces for creative expression.
