GLL is the UK’s largest public leisure operator. We’re also a worker-owned co-operative and charitable social enterprise operating more than 254 leisure and sports facilities – reinvesting every surplus pound into enhanced accessibility and service innovation.

We’ve been successfully doing this for three decades. We manage municipal leisure centres, pools and gyms that serve as vital community hubs. We collaborate closely with local authorities to create facilities that are both financially sustainable and accessible to all.

This approach, combined with our partnership experience, enables us to deliver high-performing facilities that remain affordable and community focused.
